To make sure we can implement all the legally required measures as part of the gas changeover, we are under an obligation to arrange to visit you at your home. But we need your support for this to happen.
We will be sending you a letter containing your personal customer number and a provisional appointment date. This letter will arrive around two weeks before your allocated appointment.
If you cannot make the appointment you have been given, please contact us to arrange an alternative appointment. Call our free hotline on +49 (0)800 359 4040 to speak to a member of the team between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Fridays. Alternative appointments cannot be made online.
